Yeye ni mtaalam wa hali ya juu na zaidi ya miaka ishirini ya uzoefu wa ushauri katika maendeleo ya taasisi na uwezeshaji wa mchakato. Stigmata amefanya mazoezi na serikali kuu na za mitaa, asasi za kiraia, jamii, na vikundi muhimu vya watu nchini Tanzania na katika kaunti zilizochaguliwa katika eneo la Afrika. Director of Programs and Advocacy
Scholastica Henry Jullu is a lawyer, advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and its subordinate courts, and a women human rights activist. She has a Master’s (LL.M) degree in International Laws from the Georgetown University Law Centre (2001) in Washington DC; and a trained professional in human rights and humanitarian law. Scholastica has accumulated experience with women, children and human rights, legal empowerment and advocacy. She has worked with the Legal Services Facility (LSF) a grantmaking organization in Tanzania as a founding Director of Programs. The Facility seek to promote and protect human rights through legal empowerment, socio-economic empowerment and civic engagement, in particular for women. LSF envisions a society in which all people are equal and have access to justice. Prior to joining LSF, Scholastica has worked with Niras Consulting International to manage Legal Services Facility Basket Fund that was created to support Tanzania Legal Aid Providers, including paralegals. Before that Scholastica worked with the Women Legal Aid Centre for over 15 years.
Ms. Jullu is an active member of the Tanganyika Law Society, a Bar Association of Tanzania. She serves in various development boards including Tanzania Network of Legal Aid Providers, the Law School of Tanzania, appointed by the Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, and the Southern African Human Rights Non-Governmental Network (SAHRINGON).
Research and Data Specialist
Mariki is a qualified Statistician, with strong expertise in research, data analysis and knowledge management. He has over twenty years of experience in strategic planning, monitoring, evaluation, and gender-based budgeting. Prior to joining APN, Mariki has worked with local and donor funded development initiatives as a consultant in research and statistics. Before that he served as the Deputy Country Director for USAID funded-Health Policy Initiative (HPI) in Tanzania. He was responsible for bridging between donors and civil society organizations; while building civil society’s capacity to deliver good quality results and remain accountable to their constituency as well as their funders. Goodchance, also worked with ST Associates, Process Consultants and Facilitators as an Evaluation Specialist. He co-founded DataVision International (T) Ltd, one of the leading research and data analysis firm in East Africa. Mariki joined DataVision after serving as a Government employee at the Tanzania National Bureau of Statistics. He is currently serving as a Chairman of the Board of APE SACCOS Limited in Tanzania.

Mwila CHRISEDDY BWANGA Jr
Mwila Chriseddy Bwanga Jr is the current Communications and Membership Engagement Specialist for Africa Philanthropy Network. Mwila is a Zambian-based Governance Expert, Communications and Brand Specialist, Author, and Speaker. He holds a Degree in Politics and International Relations from Zambia’s prestigious University, The University of Lusaka. He is a former Communications and Outreach Specialist for USAID-YouthLead Activity, National Youth Development Council, and an all-season Communications Consultant for various FMCG Companies in Zambia. He is the current Zambian Youth Representative in the COMESA Region, a USAID-YouthLead Alumni, a former Ambassador to the Republican First Lady of Zambia Mrs. Esther Lungu, and a Recipient of a Governance Accomplishment Award, awarded to him by the Government of the Republic of Zambia and listed among Zambia’s TOP 35 YOUTH below the age of 35.

Gender and Media Consultant
Karen Chalamilla is a writer/journalist and gender and media specialist based in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania. Her work focuses on the intersection between women (particularly African women) and non-binary people, and pop culture and sport. She has a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Nottingham, and an MA in International Journalism from the School of African and Oriental Studies (SOAS), University of London. At APN she is the women and philanthropy manager as well as the editor of the burgeoning Simulizi Blog, an online space for conversation of everyday philanthropic progression. She is also currently a senior editor at The Floor Magazine, an online and print platform that celebrates black British art and culture.

Renatus work with (APN) as a Technology Consultant with a background in Digital Media and Graphic Design. Co-founder of MSST Tech Group. MSST-Tech Group specializes in creative online marketing and web design services with results-driven marketing strategies to boost businesses’ online visibility. Renatus has been doing a technology consultant for more than 15 years.
Fortunata Thobias ndiye Msaidizi wa Uendeshaji na Fedha kwa Mtandao wa Uhisani wa Afrika. Yeye hutumika kama mawasiliano ya msingi kwa maswala ya ndani, uhusiano na watoa huduma za mitaa, na huduma za usaidizi wa vifaa kwa miradi, mikutano na shughuli zingine kwa ofisi ya APN. Katika nafasi hii, yeye pia hutoa msaada kwa timu ya kifedha ya wafanyikazi, kudumisha pesa ndogo na rekodi zingine za kifedha pamoja na uhusiano wa benki.
Program Officer –Policy Influencing
Farida Mukhsin Kiobya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law. She brings with her a wealth of experience in engaging with policy issues which she acquired while working as an intern at Policy Forum in Tanzania. Policy Forum’s vision is to improve quality of life for the Tanzanian people. The organization’s core purpose is to influence policy processes for enhanced accountability and equitable use of public resources through improved partnerships. Farida has also worked with Bright Jamii Initiative whose mission is to promote comprehensive child protection systems and gender equality for the sustainable welfare of the child. One of her responsibilities involved the implementation a project on Community Engagement in Ending Violence Agaisnt Women and Children. Prior to that she has worked with Trustworth Attorneys, and Dar Es Salaam Water Supply and Sanitation Authority as a trainee.
Program Officer – Youth and Philanthropy
Kelvin Emanuel holds a Bachelor degree of Education in Psychology. He is an active and global citizen, who believes in the power of young people to transform the lives and attaining sustainable development in Africa. Kelvin is a Sustainable Development Goals (SGDs) Champion, a title he obtained from the United Nations after actively taking part in raising awareness to about SGDs in communities of Zanzibar Island. Prior to joining APN, Kelvin has worked as assistant program officer responsible for youth engagement and gender equality at the Foundation for Civil Society in Tanzania. The Foundation is the first financing mechanism for CSOs in Tanzania with a mission is to contribute to the sustainable development through civil society strengthening, policy influencing and enhancing a learning culture. It envisions an empowered and responsible Tanzanians who have realized social economic justice and improved quality of life. Before working with the Foundation, he worked with the Plan International Tanzania, an International NGO as Facilitator and Youth Advocate. The NGO has a mission to promote and protect the rights of children. Kelvin has a desire of seen the world becoming a better place for everyone to live and flourish well. In his free time, Kelvin prefers to provide career counselling to youth, and also engaging with creative arts.
