Dr Tenga is the Executive Director of the Africa Philanthropy Network (APN). She is an anthropologist with a career in community development and process consulting in government and civil society sectors and has led efforts for civil society and philanthropy to become key catalysts for development processes in Africa. Dr Tenga is also the President of the Foundation for Civil Society in Tanzania, a financing mechanism for civil society organizations. She served on the APN board, a board member of the Trust operating in the Southern Africa region as well as REPOA, a think tank in Tanzania.

Justice works with the Africa Philanthropy Network (APN) as a Development Communications Consultant. He is a development and communications professional who is passionate about using creative approaches to grow businesses and achieve social impact. Justice has worked in different capacities for the Foundation for Civil Society, KPMG’s International Development Advisory Unit, Twaweza Tanzania and Care International in Tanzania, among other organizations. Justice holds a BA in Integrated Community Development from Daystar University and an MSc in Media, Communication and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science where he was a Firoz Lalji Program for African Leadership scholar. He is an avid writer who, by mid-2018, had contributed over 50 opinion articles in Tanzanian papers.
